International grants for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) are available almost anywhere. Many organizations provide grants open for NGOs and NPOs to apply for. As much as numerous grants are basically up for grabs, this doesn’t change the fact that with it also comes with an incredible amount of competition. Grants are practically given free of charge so organizations make sure they only provide for the best applicants. In this article, we have come up with international grants organizations from all over the world can apply for, given that they are in line with the requirements the following organizations ask for.

1.    Asian Development Bank 
The Asian Development Bank is an international organization known to provide aid to developing nations. The grants they offer mostly focus on poverty reduction in the said areas. Additionally, they also provide loans to organizations.

2.    Eurasia Foundation 
The former Soviet Union has now been divided into 12 new independent states. These independent states are what the Eurasia Foundation has put its focus on. A foundation who only accept volunteers and not permanent employees is something Cottonwood Foundation is known for. Some of the other things they do include aiding grassroots organizations by providing grants in areas like protecting the environment, encouraging cultural diversity, and the assurance of providing to the basic needs of underprivileged individuals and families.

5.    Gifts in Kind International 
If you are seeking for international grants for nonprofit organizations, Gifts in Kind International may just be the perfect place for you. This organization is known to create various partnerships between companies and nonprofits.

6.    Izumi Foundation 
Izumi Foundation focuses mostly in aiding those who reside in developing countries. In many developing countries, infectious diseases are not dealt with properly due to the lack of resources and education. Many developing countries suffer greatly from infectious diseases and the Izumi foundation has been offering grants to provide for medical research in some selected countries.

7.    Make Change! Trust 
Technology has a gone a really long way since time began. Majority of the world population use technology in their everyday lives. Make Change! Trust is an organizations who provides grants to various nonprofits in further innovating with the use of technology.

8.    Oak Foundation 
Oak Foundation is a foundation which emphasizes the need to address social and environmental issues the world is currently experiencing. The grants they have been handing over to nonprofits go in the amount of USD 25,000 and above.

9.    Relief Web 
The United Nations Department of Humanitarian Affairs (DHA) created a project named Relief Web which focuses on establishing a powerful response system in the event if a disaster. It is noticed that in some areas, a communities experience deaths of inhabitants due to the lack of preparedness and addressing issues in a timely manner.

10.    United Children’s Fund 
Children are often neglected due to extreme poverty in many developing countries like those in East Africa. United Children’s Fund is one that supports causes which seek to help the children in this particular area.

Although many organizations have been providing grants for NGOs and NPOs, organizations shouldn’t be complacent in receiving a fund. The process of acquiring a grant is competitive and only those who are able to abide by the guidelines and is able to stand out at the same time will be the ones to succeed in acquiring the said grants.
